Bicycle Trainers are designed to convert your regular bicycle into a stationary excercise bike. There are many advantages to converting a bicycle you already ride vs. buying a stationary bike. First and most importantly, why not use the bicycle you are accustomed to riding. You will be more comfortable and outdoor bicycles are often better quality so they will funtion better.
